All the businesses in the world have goals and targets. The goals and targets are important in a business because they give a common feeling to the employees. The employees of the business get a target to work towards. They all make a combined effort to meet the goals of the business. The leaders of the business are the people who set the goals. They set short term and long term goals for a business because a business needs to have a goal-oriented approach. And the size of the business is affected by a number of different factors, However, sales maximization is an aim that is set by almost every business in the world. Because an increase in sales leads to higher profits.
