It is a goal hard to achieve. All the managers want their employees to produce goods of high quality, however, producing goods of high quality is difficult, therefore, the employees always find it hard to produce goods that are up to the mark. All the managers set this as a goal. It is a goal for them to make sure that all the workers work properly and produce goods of acceptable quality. Managers want to impress their customers and clients and to impress them, they want to give them products that are of top-notch quality. Managers pay employees in different methods. Some employees get paid on piece rate and some are paid on time rate, however, there are advantages and disadvantages of both payment schemes. In piece rate, workers are paid in accordance with their level of output. There is a drawback of this payment scheme because employees produce more goods with low quality. On the other hand, in time rate, employees are paid on the hourly basis, this motivates workers to spend more time in the workplace, however, workers might waste time and not produce goods. 1) Train them

Training means activities that facilitate an individual in learning new skills and improving their skills. Training is a motivator. Training motivates the employees, the employees get motivated and training ensures that workers know what they are doing. Training helps the employees to learn new skills and work on their already learned skills. If the employees find it hard to complete a task, then training can help them to finish that task effectively, moreover, training also motivates employees because they get to train themselves free of cost. 

2) Engage with them

You should socialize with your employees to ensure that they are motivated. Motivation is extremely important in a business, employees want to share a good relationship with their employers. The employers need to socialize with their employees to motivate them to produce goods of high quality. If you treat the employees nicely, they will be more than willing to produce high-quality goods for the company.
